OUT Spoken is an awareness campaign for LGBTQ youth who want to explore the power of leadership and advocacy. Let your voice be heard—speak up, speak OUT!

JUST also offers a wide variety of training opportunities for service providers, educators, administrators, college students, high school students, parents, and youth in the greater Delaware community. You can find out more, and sign up to participate in a training here.

Gay-Straight Alliances

Are you starting or running a GSA in your school? J.U.S.T. can provide you with:

• Assistance with what you will need to start a GSA (identifying a facilitator, developing advertisements, any legal or administrative concerns)
• Social and educational curriculum for participants
• Leadership development for GSA members
  
• Training for facilitators and/or school faculty and administration regarding LGBTQ cultural competency
• Connections with other Gay-Straight Alliances throughout the state
